The metered fee bills documented gate outcomes (receipts), not raw model spend. Trustee commit Merkle batches and planned egress batch sealing are platform architecture and operator rollout items (internal egress annex); they are not priced per line on the same metered SKU. Sealed outcomes are designed to be defensible in audit — counsel for jurisdictional claims.
